WORKING CAPITAL FOR ESTABLISHED U.S. BUSINESSES
Good questions. Clear answers.

A little clarity
goes a long way.

What do I need to get started?

A completed business application and the three most recent business bank statements are the starting point. Additional documents may be requested during review.

Is this available for a new business?

The starting criteria are at least one year in business, $20,000 in monthly revenue, and an active business bank account. Startup businesses do not meet these initial criteria.

What rates and payments can I expect?

Rates, fees, funding amounts, payment frequency, and repayment terms depend on the product and underwriting. Review all costs and the complete agreement before deciding.

Is revenue-based financing a term loan?

Not necessarily. Revenue-based financing can be structured as a purchase of future receivables rather than a loan. The agreement determines the structure, obligations, and payment terms.

Will applying involve a credit check?

Any credit check is governed by the authorization in the application. Review it before signing and submitting.

Am I required to accept an offer?

No. Review the complete terms and decide whether the financing fits your business. Meeting initial criteria does not guarantee an approval.
